In blonde and taupe shades, Rosemary Shugar’s Bare Blash Tints can be used to temporarily cover gray hairs and to fill in the eyebrow area to help shape the brow and provide definition. They can also be used on your lashes for natural thickening and definition.

Directions
Use the brush applicator wand (included in each order) to feather in the color with a light touch by using an up and out motion along the brow line. The applicator wand may also be used on the top and bottom lashes for natural thickening and definition.

Active Ingredients
Water, Propylene Glycol, PVP, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben and Propylparaben. May also contain: Titanium Dioxide and Iron Oxides.
